中山大學第二屆飲食與文化國際學術研讨會會議通知
會議主題:民族、生态與飲食
中山大學人類學系于2016年10月舉辦了第一屆飲食與文化國際學術研讨會,主題為“地方與全球視野下的中國飲食與文化”,會議圓滿成功,廣受學界贊譽。由此,人類學系決定于2018年4月舉辦第二屆飲食與文化國際學術研讨會,主題為“民族、生态與飲食”,為緻力于研究多元生态環境中的民族、飲食與文化的學者提供研讨平台,同時增進人文社會科學乃至跨學科領域飲食與文化研究的對話與交流。
會議議題包括:
1、民族飲食文化遺産的傳播與變遷;
2、民族、生态與飲食;
3、移民與飲食;
4、飲食安全與健康;
5、其他與會議主題相關之議題
會議時間:2018年4月20-22日(4月19日,會議注冊;4月20-21日,會議研讨;4月22日,地方飲食文化考察)
截止日期:2018年1月31日(以附件形式,通過電子郵件提交論文摘要與簡曆)【個人簡曆包括姓名、單位、職稱,性别(便于安排住宿),出版論文名稱(不超過五篇),簡曆不超過一頁】

Conference Announcement
SYSU Second International Conference on Food and Culture
Theme: People, Ecology and Food
The Anthropology Department of Sun Yat-sen University organized the first international conference on food and culture in October 2016, with the theme Chinese Food and Culture in Global Perspective. Following this very successful conference, the Department will organize the second conference with the theme of “People, Ecology and Food”. This conference will provide a platform for scholars to exchange views on the study of people/ethnic groups living in diverse ecologies in relation to food and foodways. The topics comprise the following: (i) transmission and transformation of the food heritage of ethnic groups; (ii) indigenous people, ecology and food; (iii) migration and food; (iv) food safety and health; (v) other topics related to the conference themes.
Dates: April 20-22, 2018 [Arrive on April 19, conference proper: April 20-21; study tour on April 22]
Deadline to submit abstract and brief bio-note by email attachment: 30 January 2017
[The bio-note should be only one page in length indicating name, affiliation, title (e.g. Prof., Dr, Ms, etc), gender (may be useful for accommodation arrangement), and list not more than five items of publications]
