嘉賓簡介：Tung-Yi(許統一)  was born in Singapore and has previously lived in Australia, Europe, and the United States. He has received training in the fields of Economics, Political Economy, Sociology, and Cultural Studies. Tung-Yi is interested broadly in the possibilities and conditions of convivial human existence. He is currently researching in China for his PhD project, which seeks to assess the state of key elements of Chinese traditional culture in the wake of its rapid economic development. He is particularly interested in the question of whether Chinese traditional culture can survive the de-culturing effects of a globalizing Eurocentric world-order.
